Actress Kat Graham mostly known for her role in TV series The Vampire Diaries, was spotted spotted out and about in LA rocking this oversize african print blazer or maybe its a dress. What do you guys think about the look?

    I love it tho- it does look very 80s to me with the oversized look,shoulder pads,contrasting lapels etc. Absolutely love her on the Vampire Diaries
