Name: Lisa Bisa
Country: US by way of Jamaica
Favorite Designer: This is absolute cruelty for a fashionista on a budget because these designers aren't cheap... but my fav designers that I fantasize about include Balmain, Rachael Roy, Azzedine Alaïa, Elie Saab, Balenciaga, Costume National, Tom Ford (Autumn/Winter 2011 Women’s Collection), Bill Blass and Alexandre Vauthier. I also like DKNY, Betsey Johnson, and many others.
What is your style? If given the funds and the opportunity, I could seriously wear couture and not feel over dressed for any occasion because I love the shapes and risk that the designers take to create each garment. But since we’re talking about my current personal style (lol) I would have to say that it truly changes given the occasion ranging from glam rock to cute and casual. But most of all I love colour! Before colour blocking was a trend I was wearing it! Oh and I also love vintage!
Something you will never wear?
Crocs and Capris! And funny that I should name the two because I think I see people wearing these two items at the same time. Because of my long legs anything that isn’t a defined pant length (either short shorts or pants that are below my ankle) makes my body look awkward as if I’m wearing high water pants, or I purchased pants that are way too short. Plus I’m either really hot (so I wear shorts) or just really cold (to only wear pants)-never really in between temperatures where capris would work for me

Where do I shop? Anywhere that has the sales. It’s all about mixing and matching pieces from other stores to create a cohesive look. Now that’s the style challenge.
What do you prefer heels or flats? Flats are certainly more practical and although I love a good heel, my feet will thank me later in the years to come by spoiling them in a fashionable flat shoe.
