Dzyn Couture crossed the seas to London to host a networking event showcasing their collection:
Dzyn Couture sisters Ogwa and Ofure have created a presence in the Nigerian Fashion world. As
members of the Runway Abuja Management Team, they are a part of a dynamic team of talented
designers that have hosted successful fashion show creating the buzz as a force to be reckoned with.
Frequently showcasing their collection at the Fusion Lifestyle Events, Dzyn Couture have become a
very sought after contemporary designer attracting clients across Nigeria.
The overall collection is casual chic with elegant pieces to electrify any wardrobe with their exquisite
but subtle designs.
Having created a niche for themselves in the African Couture fashion world, their
collection can relate to the wardrobes’ of most, incorporating signature pieces to accentuate your
everyday style.The objective of Dzyn Couture is conveyed in their collection; musing contemporary styles and cuts with African ethnicity which evidently defines what Dzyn Couture stands for.Having had Success in Nigeria, they decided to spread their wings and tap into the International Fashion Industry making London their first destination point.The 3 day event gave the public the opportunity to purchase ready-made clothes from the collection and also to network with key players in the fashion Industry. London based model Akos Mitchell wore a few pieces of the collection for a Dzyn Couture photo shoot with Make Up done by Bespoke Make-up Artist Yeti Roberts, an aspiring make-up artist and photographer and AY Chicz’s CEO Ayo Adegboyega.
"Miss Dee" Abuja designer Adaora Nwodo also showcased her collection of Ankara pieces slipper sand accessories for the first time so it was also an event to witness fresh talent.The London showcase is in preparation for Runway Abuja, a yearly event that proved to be a huge success last year and by popular demand “Runway 2… 11.11.11.” will take place on the 11th
