I have loved Wax Fabric since I was much much younger hanging around my mother as a child. I developed a passion for these fabrics, the brocades, I can hardly remember the names for all of them. I've made various skirts and dresses, shorts, tops, etc. from it over the years and had some made for me (and siblings) by my mother and others. The fabric is so bold in color, strong/tough cottons, cool in the summer yet warm enough for when the temperature drops a little, it dries quickly and remains colorfast. It's so versatile, has so many uses I want to explore. Apparently there are SO many designers using this fabric that I am just learning (Thanks Ciaafrique and Assa Cisse). I'll be in great company (yayyyyy!) when I can finally get myself out there! Kudos! You're doing great to get the word out and DEFINITELY to enlighten me on a DREAM I've had for such a long time!!! (Is there enough space for me to go on and on and on!!! :)
