SOUTH Africa-based Zimbabwean model Priscilla Chigariro has unveiled plans for the first ever Zimbabwe Fashion Week to be held early next year.
Priscilla, 28, will be the sole owner and executive producer of the week-long spectacle. The model hopes the event will rekindle the fashion flare that characterised Zimbabwe before the economic meltdown.
As signs of economic growth and investment opportunities continue to flicker, there could not be a better time than right now to introduce Zimbabwe Fashion Week.
The model has a solid ten years’ experience as a professional model, boasting a career that started with her clinching the Super Face title in the annual Supermodel Search run by Zimbabwe Sun Hotels in 2000.
